So, meditate in a room of disquiet place bath bombs into your claw foot tub filled with the blood you won’t bleed, but will ponder work out every way that you could die and every way that your loved ones could die and mourn them, plan their funerals as they lay safely, alive in their hot baths of anxiety, too lather skin peels that won’t melt away the apprehension that creeps in the night trim nails beyond the cuticles droplets of blood and membrane husks of human pool on the tile floor, at your feet fuzzy legs looking back at you bathwater boils, scalp sweats self-care is cautionary necessary but not for Monsters, like me
